Renovating key spaces will increase your sales price, and differentiate your home from others!
Renovating a property can be a daunting task, especially if you have never done it before. However, its a fact that most buyers want a move in ready home. Not only do you typically get more back than you invested, you also sell your house much faster! We can guide you through this process no matter what your budget. Unlike many consultants, we don’t mark up the renovation work - rather, you simply pay for our time as needed. Here’s how it works:
We will meet at the property and discuss what is needed to update the home, and discuss options to get the most for your money.
We’ll establish a budget.
Once the contract is approved, we will create a detailed budget, which will be updated regularly throughout the project.
We will help with the selection of finishes, lighting, paint and hardware.
We will coordinate and oversee all work with the General Contractor, and all trades. In the event you don’t have a contractor, we have a cost-effective crew that is available.
We will be onsite during the course of the renovation as needed to ensure a successful completion.
You pay the contractors directly for the work they perform.
